This website is provided by Peace Haven Property to showcase off-plan developments, long-term rentals, and short-stay listings, and to let you submit inquiries, site-visit requests, and booking requests. By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
Listing information
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, availability, and specifications accurate, but off-plan developments in particular are subject to change during construction. All prices are indicative and subject to confirmation at the point of reservation. Renders and floor plans are illustrative and may differ from the completed unit.
No binding offer
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell or lease a property. A sale or lease is only binding once a signed agreement is in place between you and Peace Haven Property.
Short-stay bookings
Short-stay booking requests submitted through this site are requests only — they are confirmed manually by our team, subject to availability, before any booking is final.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including renders, photography, and copy — is the property of Peace Haven Property and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
